Player Auth
How to Link Your Character to the Portal
Use this when your My Stats page is missing characters or only shows some of your playtime. The portal can only show characters that are linked to your Discord account.
Be In-Game
Log into the Primal Domination server you want to register. You must be in the server for auth to work.
Open Player Auth
Go to the Discord player-auth channel linked below.
Type /auth
Select Primal Domination, then select the server you are currently playing on.
Refresh My Stats
After auth completes, refresh your My Stats page. It may take a little time for the portal to update.
Important: You must be online in the selected ARK server when using /auth.
If it still does not link, open a ticket and include your Discord name, character name, player name, server, and screenshot proof.

How Tickets Work
Use the correct ticket type and provide as much detail as possible.
Open a Ticket
Use the support button or Discord ticket channel.
Provide Details
Include server, character name, tribe, screenshots, video, and proof if needed.
Check Guides
If it is mod-specific, check the mod guide or official mod Discord while staff reviews the ticket.
Follow Up
Keep everything in the ticket so staff has a complete record.
Appeal Process
Be respectful, honest, and detailed. Staff decisions are based on logs, evidence, and server rules.
Admin Concern
If you have an issue with an admin, open a ticket. Keep it respectful and provide evidence when possible.
